Hunger Games and letting things go

If you are a Hunger Games fan, you know that the film version of the first book is due to hit theaters in 2012.  Did you also know that author Suzanne Collins wrote the first draft of the screenplay?  And that she's done this before? (Written screenplays, that is.)  Ms. Collins has been named an "entertainer of the year" and in this small interview, she talks about the difference between novels and movies and what you simply have to accept when your written word is changed into visual art.
